Lyric Sails’ trusty boat, Jolly Mon, rode out the storm in her slip at Green Cay Marina. When we called to ask how they are doing, they were actually in Puerto Rico for Jolly Mon’s annual haul out and hull inspection. Everything checkout out!
They’ll start their day sails when the first cruise ship arrives on November 11. Sunset sails will resume on November 17. They will announce their music line-up about a week prior to the first sunset sail. You can book a sail with Lyric on their web site.
According to Lyric Sails owner, Emily, the sand is starting to return to the beaches, the sea life is really good and the water is gorgeous.
“While the island was battered and damaged by Maria, we are quickly rebuilding and getting our lives back to normal. The trees are already in leaf and the island is almost completely green once more. It’s amazing how resilient nature is.
“The sun continues to set over the west end!”
