We’re not meteorologists, but St. Croix temps can be pretty easy to predict. In the summer and fall, our highs are in the upper 80’s and our lows are in the upper 70’s. In the winter and spring, our highs are in the lower-to-mid 80’s and our lows are in the lower-to-mid 70’s.

Fun Fact: A record low temperature of 51-degrees on St. Croix was on January 31, 1954.

Living here, when it dips into the lower 70’s, we may grab a jacket and crack jokes about needing seat warmers. And on the flip side, we do relish the air conditioning at times.

When it’s sunny, we roll down the windows and let the wind blow through our hair. When it’s overcast, we are grateful for the reprieve from the sun. When it’s rainy, we rejoice that our landscape is being watered and our cisterns are being filled.

Celebrating 30 Years
In celebration of Centerline’s 30th anniversary, we’re sharing 30 Things Centerline Loves About St. Croix. Each week we’ll share something new — and we hope you’ll chime in on social media by telling us what you love too! Our big 3-0 is in March 2020, when we’ll also be giving away a St. Croix vacation.
